Please compare your wallet blocks with actual explorer block:

In Windows wallet go to
SETTING tab -> DEBUG -> input in command line: getblockcount
If showed block not equal to explorer's block then:
SETTING tab -> DEBUG -> Wallet Repair -> click Delete local blockchain -> YES

In Console wallet you can check with this command: ./safedeal-cli getblockcount
If showed block not equal to explorer's block then:
./safedeal-cli stop
./safedeald -resync
